These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and Ulivana (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your access to and use of ulivana.com (the “Site”) and the services offered on it. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after your order ships. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or events beyond our control. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

6. 30-Day Guarantee and Returns

We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@ulivana.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective. Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is the property of Ulivana or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any Site content without our prior written consent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulivana with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
