Track your order
Wondering where your package is? Here's how to follow it:
Step 1: Find your tracking number
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships, and up to 48 hours after shipping for the first tracking scan to appear.
Step 2: Enter it in the tracker
Track your package here → — paste your tracking number and you'll see live delivery updates.
Step 3: Estimated arrival
Standard US delivery takes an estimated 7–12 business days after shipping. You'll get an email when your order is out for delivery and when it arrives.

If you haven't received a tracking number after 5 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated in a while, email us at hello@ulivana.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
